We all know Mother Nature is unpredictable, and storm occurrences are likely throughout the year. Included in a signed Service Agreement with The Sand Raker, is the added value and benefit of first right of refusal for storm and emergency clean-up. Should a tropical storm, hurricane, or unusual event take place (fish kill, excessive seaweed, red tide, etc.), you will be one of the first clients contacted and given the option to purchase prompt storm and emergency clean-up. This is a unique service that no other company offers. The Sand Raker will quickly restore your beachfront to its pre-storm beauty.
I don’t have a Service Agreement with The Sand Raker, can I still get storm clean-up?
Yes, you can get storm and emergency clean-up from The Sand Raker, but clients with signed Service Agreements will be contacted first. After a storm event, The Sand Raker will simply go down the Group list and give everyone the right of first refusal, starting with Group #1.

Group #2: Existing Clients with no signed Service Agreement – 2nd queue,
serviced after Group #1.
Group #3: Everyone else – On Call (pending issuance of permit)
serviced after Group #1 and Group #2.
What is the additional cost for storm and emergency clean-up?
Hourly rate available or proposed flat rate.
How do you define a “storm event”?
A weather event with sustained winds of 39mph and above, or an unusual event such as fish kill, excessive seaweed, red tide, etc.
